A lot of people prefer to practise yoga by themselves but I like the additional benefits that comes with yoga groups. For example, lets say you have difficulties doing a particular posture, someone in the group will be willing to teach you a simplier way that you can easily understand. Plus, some of these member are of different races, ages, and sometimes gender. A mixture of people is a good way to build a social life that can lead to a healthier and happy you since you get to share your emotions and feelings together.
Now that I have explain the benefits of being in a group at a yoga class, I will continue to list the different places to enjoy yoga. Keep in mind though that yoga classes vary in size. There can be as little as 3 people to as many has 20 individuals. So whatever number your comfortable with will help you to choose the class that is right for you.
And the classes are as follow:
- Roots Yoga Studio located on Yonge Street in Toronto
- Shanti Yoga Studio located in Edmonton, Alberta
- Moksha that is located oversees and across Canada
- Stratusphere that is located in Vaughan Mills, Mississauga
These are just a few places to practice yoga but if you need more information about these studios just type the names in google and other related places will come up as well.
