Yoga Music


These are musics that are calming and soothing to the ears. They make you feel relax and you can feel the sweet embrace of nature. Indulge yourself with melodies of peace and tranquility. It is like the world stopped spinning just to hear you take a breath.

It is great to have that notion of exploding with joy and a kiss from the sunset. The mind is a wonderful thing when it is at complete ease. Just close your eyes for a minute and let go of all your problems and imagine you have the world at your finger tip. Where will you take off to, the beautiful and lustful rain forest of Costa Rica or the Highest peak on Mount Everest. Where ever you go, you are in the moment and the feeling is like no other. Now breathe out and just smile. That felt good right! I do it all the time. ;-)

Bring the whole family and have them join in the free spirit fun of yoga.

  • Start practicing and have fun!
Your family are your biggest supporter and it is important that they are a part of this wonderful exprience plus you get to spend quality time with each other. Yoga brings the family closer in happy times.

Yoga Attires

Proper yoga clothing can help to make a difference when practising yoga. There are many different type of yoga clothing that can be purchased at LULULEMON or any other casual clothing store. Some of there materials are made for keeping the body cool and absorbing sweat and that is good, you feel more comfortable.



There are also yoga mats that you can buy at the dollar store. Most of the yoga equipment that is needed is very inexpensive. You can practise yoga bare footed or regular running shoes would work also. Yoga is a casual event, so you dont have to dress to impress anyone. Wear whatever make you comfortable.

Celebrities and Yoga

Some famous people like Kareena Kapoor-a Bollywood actress, Angelina, Russhell Simmons, etc. love to practice yoga.



This post is just an encouragement to enlighten my viewer that Yoga is taking over the world. Everyone and anyone is doing it and you should too. Celebrities are busy individuals and they take time out of their busy schedule for their daily yoga routines. It amazing what you can accomplish in a couple of minute with Yoga.

Losing Weight With Yoga!

A not so favourite topic, weight loss. Well there is help for you here. If you are not into the extreme workout routine and you need something simple that will get the job done. Have no fear, Yoga is here. :-)

The video below will demonstrate how to burn fat, speed up your heart rate and strenghten your whole body. The poses are fairly simple, so anyone can do it, no matter your body type. Don't get discourage by the thin person in the video, just use her as your target body size after a couple of weeks or maybe months depending on your metabolism.



The goal though is not to be very skinny but be healthy, so focus your mind on feeling good after every workout and the mind will coordinate with the body to produce great results. ENJOY LIFEand be HAPPY!

Why is Yoga Important?

In order to combat life's many adversities, I use yoga. Daily stresses, body pains and aches, and dieting can be problematic. Consider being totally relieved of all these distress. Don't continue to ignore these symptoms because after a couple of day they go away. Whatever age group you fall under, you can be a candidate for Yoga.


Some people involve mediation in their yoga routine which is a great way to deal with stress and depression. I am not a doctor but I use to have these problems and each day I practice yoga I feel a lot better about myself and my surroundings. I have a clear head when I go to work and I am not forcing myself to active anymore cause I am not in any pain like I used to be, thanks to yoga.

Word of advice, don't spend a lot of money on massages to relieve tension in the body. Just search Youtube for a yoga video and enjoy.

So in a nutshell, why is yoga important?
  1. It relieves body tensions
  2. You save money
  3. After a little yoga mediation, your refreshed and calmed
  4. Its a workout that does not make you sweat alot, and
  5. It works for all age group and body type.

Get Comfortable With Yoga

Don't worry about the body type, which usually slender females are considered to be the best at yoga. Practise makes perfect. In some classes you can even fart without being judged or laughed at, so their is no limit when it comes to being you at Yoga.

For beginners, you can start off with the simple poses and to get into the the moment you can purchase your little yoga mat, clothings, and or books to get an idea of what it is all about.

Pets and Yoga

As bizzarre as it may sound, yes you can practise yoga with your favorite animal. Mainly dogs are consider the most useful partners.

Yoga Places

You can practice yoga in the comfort of your own home but if you require assistance there are many different yoga studios located in Canada. There is a website called the Yoga Directory Canada that provides information on the various places to practise yoga.






A lot of people prefer to practise yoga by themselves but I like the additional benefits that comes with yoga groups. For example, lets say you have difficulties doing a particular posture, someone in the group will be willing to teach you a simplier way that you can easily understand. Plus, some of these member are of different races, ages, and sometimes gender. A mixture of people is a good way to build a social life that can lead to a healthier and happy you since you get to share your emotions and feelings together.

Now that I have explain the benefits of being in a group at a yoga class, I will continue to list the different places to enjoy yoga. Keep in mind though that yoga classes vary in size. There can be as little as 3 people to as many has 20 individuals. So whatever number your comfortable with will help you to choose the class that is right for you.

And the classes are as follow:
  • Roots Yoga Studio located on Yonge Street in Toronto
  • Shanti Yoga Studio located in Edmonton, Alberta
  • Moksha that is located oversees and across Canada
  • Stratusphere that is located in Vaughan Mills, Mississauga

These are just a few places to practice yoga but if you need more information about these studios just type the names in google and other related places will come up as well.

    Strenghtening The Body Through Yoga

    The video above demonstrates how to relieve the mind of any stress while toning the different body parts. The various yoga poses are a form of exercises that will help the body relieve stress, along with the soft music in the background.

    Yoga is a more appealing way to improve your health, as there is no strenuous activities involved. The body also becomes more flexible, allowing the person to feel at ease and body movements are more relaxed. The physical benefits of yoga to the body include:
    * Better blood circulation
    *Less intense muscles
    *Less skin problems related to environmental stress
    * Uplifting mood
    *Calmed nerves

    The experience that is received through yoga is always amazing and never boring. The yoga sessions are usually not very long and you get to focus mainly on the physical benefits.
